Here are instructions for your Free Workorder system
It is our pleasure to announce this free on-line work order system. Print this page and follow the instructions. Then please enjoy your free on-line work order system:
- Point your web browser to: http://gnosio.com/workorder/
- Click on "sign me up" or "register a new account"
- Type in your email address and click "submit"
- Fill out the form by: Picking a password, confirming the password, typing your name and pressing submit.
- Now you're logged in and ready to create new work orders. Click on "Create new work order"
- Fill out the work order form and press, "create workorder" when you are ready.
- Next, this would be a good time to update your contact information so that the people who get your work order will know where it's from. Click on "(edit contact information)"
- Add your address and phone number to the form. Press "submit" when you're done filling out the form. (you will only have to do this on the first work order)
- Take some time to familiarize yourself with the features of this new free system. Obviously, you can print workorders and put them into a fax machine. You can also:
A. You can edit the work order.
B. You can view who and when the work order has been edited or changed by clicking on "change log"
C. You can email the workorder to someone by clicking on "email workorder" and following the instructions.
D. You can view a "text view" of the workorder by clicking on "text view" (this shows you how the workorder looks when you email the workorder to your vendors.)
- Click on "workorders" near the top of the page to see a list of all the workorders that you have made. Whenever you return to http://gnosio.com/workorder/ you will see this list.
- Go to "my account" to log out or to change your password.
