The one-click close link is a quick way to close a ticket:
The one-click close function is useful for tickets that have been opened by internal staff to record a simple and quick work request. It is designed to reduce the administrative overhead involved in the ticket tracker. Tickets opened by customers should usually be closed the normal way, so that emails notifications can be sent and an appropriate comment will be added to the ticket.
